GotVChat reserves the right to discontinue providing services to any user at any time for any reason. Every domain is entitled to 7-days free trial period. This limit of one 7 days free trial period shall extend to every page and sub-domain in a domain.

GotVChat services, including Live Chat, are provided "AS IS." GotVChat assumes no responsibility for the financial and intrinsic consequences or losses as a result of using the GotVChat service. Furthermore, GotVChat assumes no liability for the legal repercussions as a result of using the GotVChat service.

GotVChat operators attempt to provide accurate and timely responses to persons with whom they chat,GotVChat is not responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided by its operators. Furthermore, GotVChat cannot be held liable in the case of misinforming the person with whom the GotVChat operators chat.

GotVChat subscribers will be billed on a recurring basis until the service is cancelled by the user or by GotVChat. Our users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, and will be subject to a prorated charge for the month during which the cancellation takes place.

The subscribers agree that every GotVChat account may be used to monitor only the number of domains specified on the Pricing Plans webpage. Users who use one GotVChat account to monitor more domains than explicitly outlines at http://www.gotvchat.com/pricing.html may have their accounts suspended indefinitely without warning.

GotVChat may outsource the monitoring of Live Chat service to a third-party. Although GotVChat requires all of its vendors to agree to a non-disclosure agreement, GotVChat will not be held responsible for the actions of parties to whom it subcontracts services.

USER AGREES THAT COMPANY, CLIENT AND THEIR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES, OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED, OR FROM MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICES, OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF COMPANY, CLIENT, OR THEIR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

USER FURTHER AGREES THAT COMPANY, CLIENT, AND THEIR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION WAS JUSTIFIED OR NOT, NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL, INADVERTENT OR ADVERTENT. Some states do not allow the foregoing of limitations of liability. As such, this may not apply to you.
